Remote cursor bug
Unfortunately, the remote cursor is usually not displayed at all, is displayed incorrectly, or does not appear in the right position. This affects all our colleagues who use a Mac at home and Windows in the office or remotely.

Beware of Splashtop personal
Beware of Splashtop personal. It is purely a bait and switch play. Even though they charge you for it, almost every feature or setting beyond the very most basic settings requires an upgrade to the expensive business edition.

It's buggy crap
It's buggy, laggy, the keyboard settings don't stick. Right now it has brought up a small Windows resize pull down, that will not go away. I can't do any work. This sort of thing happens at least twice a day

RustDesk FTW
I need to support family ChromeOS and Android devices, and when I ask about that, eventually I hear back from support that I need the Enterprise product, but they won't mention how much that costs, so I have moved to RustDesk.

Screen flickering
Did not fix the problem it is not possible to work the screen keeps flickering. I upgraded to hier service thinking it will fixe the issue but it is not, thinking find other company.

I have been traveling for a week and my main computes will not connect to the Home computer had a teck tro to help b did not fox the problen. What good oi the program if it donesnt work. 3 weeks now. And Nothing.
