Splashtop gives me the ability to keep moving outside the office, where in the past I was forced to remain in the office to conduct business on a computer to meet the schedule of other businesses. Being in the office does not generate any income for a mechanical service company, all income is generated in the field. Splashtop give me the ability to keep generating income

Really useful
Was using Teamviewer free and then they wanted to charge a massive amount. Found Splashtop online and I can remote to three separate PC's for the fraction of Teamviewers cost so well worth the money and no issues so far.

Great affordable remote access software
For a user who uses spashtop for personal use, it is affordable and delivers all the service that I need. It affords me the opportunity to use my main desktop computer as my central use workstation and can access and modify all the files I need while working remotely with my laptop or other remote workstation. It also allows me to support my distant mother for services that she needs

I was in a "chat" with Werner for a very long time, and he was incredibly patient and diligent in trying to solve my problem. Unfortunately, I believe the problem is a network issue on the target computer and not really a Splashtop problem. We are working to resolve that network issue, and hopefully my connectivity to that location will be restore.
