Very happy with winter cover quality
We have bought many pool covers at local pool stores which were very poor quality and would rip in a year or two. We are glad that we finally found a heavy pool cover that can handle heavy wind during the winter months and not tear. A Great price and with free shipping it is worth shopping at Splash Super Center.

Terrible Service and Communication
My order was shipped Monday (10-14) and apparently damaged on Tuesday (10-15) at which time Splash was notified and had the item returned to Splash. It was received by Splash Thursday (10-17) at 9:36am. I was never notified, a new order was never sent out which should have been done on Tuesday, and I haven't received the pool closing kit that I planned on using tomorrow to close my pool on my day off. I'm very disappointed and I would like to know the status of my order.

I'm still waiting for the most important item!
I went online to order a winter cover and while I was at it I ordered some extra supplies. Those came in very quickly but main thing is still on Backorder?

Not happy with the return options
I purchased a 24ft cover for my pool, and the description said that it would actually be 27ft. After receiving it and putting it on our pool it did not fit like we would like it too. It was small in comparison to the cover we used in the past. If we would of attached the cover it would of just made it around the pool with no room to actually tighten it down. I called the company and they have a no return policy once the product has been opened. But, how would I have known how big the cover was until I tried to put it on. The person who answered the phone was very nice, but there was really nothing he could do. The only recommendation was to measure the cover and if it wasn't 27ft they would return it, if I would pay for the shipping. I guess I'm just not happy with the return policy and should of read that more closely before ordering. My suggestion to you is make sure you are ordering what you want.

From order to receipt of the product was super but the product itself was below satisfactory.
From the order and each day got updates on how the shipment was coming. All was great. The item upon receipt was inspected and the warranty covered everything except the grommets. I unpackaged the cover and the grommets were less than satisfactory. Some were crushed (folded and could not run line through) others were not placed on the cover properly (the grommets were not completely on the fabric). This appears to be a second rate pool cover and I have to cover my pool now. I feel those should have been inspected before shipping. I am not willing to pay for shipping and take the chance of getting a second faulty cover. I appreciate your updates on shipping but the quality of the product is not what I expected. I will not order products again through this site.
