Scam. Once you place the first the order the website the site will not let you only order the first one at 19.95. They charged me 37.16. Even though I checked NO on the next offer and then another offer popped up and never let you decline 3rd offer and no confirmation page to review your order. They want me to pay shipping to 4.95 ship it to me and now I must pay to return it. Return Postage is more now that they are sending me a larger package of product than I ordered. Then an 8.95 restocking fee. Then if you try it, you get a smaller return pro-rated. It is a sham. They refuse to work with me even though I contacted them a few hours later. I wish I would have read the reviews on the poor reviews of the product other than the ones on their website. Also I did not see any return policy on the site. Update: after 8 days I still have not received the product. I find it hard to believe that it really had been sent out within 8 hours after I had ordered it. Further scam!! Beware!! This is a fraud. UPDATE 6/6/24: I still have not received the product and the charge remains on my card. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. BEWARE!! LAST UPDATE 6/14/24: My credit card credited my account. No response from Splash, no product ever sent, they refused to credit my account. Diane

The claims this product make is untrue it left my toilet stained blue it did not foam it did not clean it didn't do nothing it sat there in the toilet bowl for an hour and all I did was stain my toilet this product is junk it's garbage it should be banned

I give zero because that is what it deserves. Item shows money back guaranteed which is not true, shows product foaming to rim of toilet, not true, says product is non-toxic- rear label shows just how toxic it is- says wear gloves, eye production and do not get in mucus membranes or mouth, call poison control. I tried to return and I was told I'd be charged all these fees, return mail fee of 8.95, restock fee and any damage fee they decide the amounts. I called my credit card company to remove the charges as scammers. I tried to call but no phone numbers, I tried their email and no one responded and when I complained someone told me about all the fees but no return label was ever sent. Save your hard earned money and don't waste your time and frustration as so many here agree. I wished I'd done more research and saw these complaints first.

Scam..Says first off, made in USA..(made in China) on package..Then says ECO friendly..Nothing friendly about this non foaming product..Says you have to wear all this protective stuff just to clean..Now, I wouldn't clean anything around food with it, because of such.. Total scam..total waste of $20.00. It cam promptly in the mail because the person shipping it is in USA..but buying it from China.. go figure.. SCAM

Just received and used for the first time. Terrible product. No foaming, no cleaning. It did nothing. Nothing! Put it in, waited an hour, flushed. Nothing! Even with scrubbing, it was no better than Ajax of other cheap product but for a much greater expense.

The product foamed. The product gave off a pleasant scent. The product did NOT clean the toilet at all. My first reaction was that maybe I didn't let it sit in the toilet long enough before flushing so did it again. I let it sit for an hour the second time & had the same result. There will be NO refund unless you bought multiple packages as it must be returned in an unopened package.

Product does not work. It's baking soda and blue coloring. Trying to return the product I'm told I need to pay $10 restocking fee, $10 return label I have to pay, and a $10 usage fee. $30 gone down the drain to return $50 of product. Complete scam. Stay away from Splash.
