$50 down the toilet along with the product. Save your money and do not buy this product as it does not work.

This product does absolutely nothing. The only thing it has done more than plain water is irritate my hands a bit. It will not clean my pans. It won't even take the soap scum off my shower doors. Really disappointed, especially for the money that was spent!

Absolute waste of money. I did receive an answer to an email to support very quickly. That’s why I gave it one star. If that was not received, I would not have left any stars. A subsequent telephone (with a very pleasant woman) call ended in me being told it was likely my well water. Yes, I have well water that is softened, neutralized, and goes through two separate types of filtration systems before even coming out of our faucets. But no, it’s my water that’s the problem. The answer was to add 2 or 3 tablespoons of vinegar. No. No difference. It does not work on grease built up or fresh grease. It may be fine for wiping down solid surfaces, but if I have to put gloves on wipe down my countertops, I couldn’t be bothered. The expense, the ridiculous prices involving a so-called refund make no sense. How can you be charged a restocking fee for something that had to be opened to be utilized and reviewed? Don’t waste your money. And whatever you do, don’t read their websites reviews. Use a reputable source to read reviews. And instead, buy a bottle of Windex. Or better yet, use Dawn, vinegar with some water. Total waste of money. Never again.

If I could give it Zero or negative stars , I would. BIG SCAM! Product does not work, they overcharge you, they do not send the order as placed. They have to “approve” a return. Then charge you to return “unopened packages only”. Check the Better Business Bureau reviews. I wish I had.

The product is a piece of crap.... it doesnt expand and doesnt clean ... a complete waste of money... it will be interesting to see if I can get my money back when I try to return it..if I'm guessing it will continue the scam and I wont get my moneyback

Just don't do it. They set up an automatic autopay without me even completing the process of purchasing. I'm glad I used paypal and checked so I could go remove it. They also had at least a dozen upsell pages after. Don't fall for it. It doesn't matter if the stuff is good when they do slimy stuff like this.

Letter to SPLASH SPRAY -- Warning to any prospective customers .... Product: SPLASH SPRAY (Cleaning Solution) I was very impressed with your product advertisement. However I ALWAYS research internet companies such as yours, prior to any purchase. What I found was horrible. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with you. I would recommend that anyone remotely interested to take the time and research. Even looking up the Better Business Bureau complaints, which are plentiful. Even AMAZON reviews are BAD. Seems like your company likes to charge people's credit cards without consent. Perhaps you sprinkle that truth in all of the small print of your rules of engaging with you clowns. You DO NOT reimburse, and you keep snatching money. One of the items in your clause says you will contact credit card companies if a customer changes their card number to keep you guys OUT of their accounts, that you have the authority to retrieve all new information regarding customers' credit cards! So you may continue to Steal. Nice try... I will make sure that all unsuspecting customers know to stay far away from you guys. This is no more than a Credit Card Scam. I read that your product does NOT really work as you have advertised. Success should not come from STEALING. I am on to your untrustworthy ways! Shame on you!

I tried this product and the result was horrible. It doesn't work. I wasted a lot of money. I should have looked for reviews first. I don't know why I didn't. Expensive lesson.
