Daughter will switch from Lush to Splashe!
My daughter said there is no longer any reason for her to ask for Lush bath bombs for gifts in the future! Splashe Brands products are amazing!

No communication
Very disappointed. After multiple queries regarding my order it was explained away by miscommunication within. WHAT??? I cancelled when I found this to be their business model.

Order SPB7463
Order SPB7463 I ordered my product on April 10th, and it has not even shipped yet. Customer service didn't even give a reason when I contacted them. They just said they would forward to the correct person. I understand the times are tough right now, but it's important to follow through. An email saying your warehouse is behind due to the ongoing pandemic would be enough for me. But I haven't heard anything.

Disappointed Customer
My order was placed a month ago, and is still not here. After sending five emails asking for a status, as the customer service people are working remotely and phone calls are not accepted, I did get a reply from a real person. There was some type of technical difficulty and my order was never processed. I gave up, although I was looking forward to the body butter I ordered. I am waiting for a refund to my credit card, as I asked that my order be canceled.
