No timeline for product delivery after I asked their help staff a week ago and have been waiting for my product for 3 weeks. Now waiting to hear back after asking for a refund. Their website says delays are only about a week and that’s not the case at all.

Actually seeing a difference after using this product.

sent me a defective item then charged me more to send me a new one

No shipping fee which was awesome because my order is around $13. Package was good and neat. Product I can’t rate yet because it takes 2-3 months to show improvement.

I ordered a shampoo brush and within a few days it was on my doorstep. I was so surprised at how fast it had arrived! It’s also been a game changer for my hair!! I feel like in the few weeks that I’ve been using the shampoo brush my hair has grown significantly, it looks healthier, and it feels clean longer. I highly recommend investing in a shampoo brush if you haven’t already!
