I have not received my order yet

Placed order and never got product. I waited due to Covid 19 delays but after 3 weeks I contacted due to no delivery. They had no idea when it would ship. After a 4th week I called again and still no info. Cancelled order.

My grandsons loved the different colors and scents of the bath bombs. Service was stellar.

Ordered April 14th. Still no order, no tracking - nothing. The website said order processing may be delayed 3-5 days.. but three weeks?!

Ordered Almost a month ago and my order is still not here

I placed my order on April 22, 2020 and have yet to receive it. They charged my card. I sent one email and someone replied back that they would look into the issue and once order received, I would receive email confirmation or they gave an option of just canceling and refunding my money back if I couldn't wait any longer. I didn't cancel at that moment because I still actually wanted my products. Now we're in the month of May still no updates, so I sent and email that I wanred my money refunded and still no response. I believe this company is running a scam, wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

Ordered over a week ago and got an email that my order was received, but have heard no update about when it will be processed, let alone shipped. I tried emailing customer service to cancel my order, with no reply. I then called customer service, still looking to simply cancel my order (because you can't do it online for some absurd reason), and waited in the queue for ONE AND A HALF HOURS - I started in position 3 in line and was 1st in line for over 45 minutes. Long story short, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If they end up charging my card I will 100% be disputing it with my credit card company.

My son LOVED the Pokémon toys included with his bath bombs. They smell great and I feel good that he is using a safe product. He looks forward to all his upcoming bath times.
