SCAM!!! - Ignoring my requests via chat
This is a scam. I'm trying to revoke the ACH on my account and pay manually. AND THEY ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS AND CHAT REQUESTS. I've been disconnected well over 10 times, and now they just aren't responding. Does anyone there do their jobs?

Company will call you 4 to 6 times a…
Company will call you 4 to 6 times a day and when you answer, the phone is ringing on the other line and asks you to wait. I have blocked 8 different numbers for them because they call me while I'm working.

Funds were not deposited as stated and when I called day after day, the phone wait and transferring was poor.
