Francisco, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We take customer service and satisfaction very seriously and we apologize that you had a negative experience with our company. On 01/12/24 your loan was approved and funds were instantly processed upon approval and sent to through the debit card provided. All customers in the state of Texas are eligible to cancel their loan without interest or fees within the first 3 days. But we don't have any records of a cancelation request. Please reach out at any point at 888-471-0223 and we would be happy to assist with any issues.
