Approximately half way into the…
Approximately half way into the training program, and just started training. It is very organized and clear, helping to understand what is causing the behavior to continue. Hoping it works!

Great course!
This is a very informative course. I was a little wary about spending money on an online course but I'm so glad I did. From the first lesson I started to change my approach to training. My dog isn't 100% 'cured' yet :) but we're getting there! I really like the thorough explanations. I also appreciate how the common pitfalls are called out before you try the exercises. I highly recommend this training and the earlier you can change your dog's behaviour the better!

I have been taking the SpiritDog…
I have been taking the SpiritDog Reactivity course and it is full of great exercises and lots of useful information explaining dog psychology. Students can post questions and get thoughtful answers. I definitely recommend this course it has given me lots of tools to use.

Spirit Dog Training is the real deal
Spirit Dog Training is the real deal. I was a little hesitant to dive into online training, unsure of what I would get or if I would get my money's worth. I've learned so much just in one week about why my dog is reactive, how to better manage her reactivity, and what tools are available for counter-conditioning. Steffi's videos are clear and thorough. I also left a comment with a question and Elise responded within 24 hours with a detailed answer. In looking for training resources, I was coming up against personal trainers at the $2000+ price point and online training classes at the $300+ price point...Spirit Dog was the right price and very high quality. I'm impressed.

So relieved I came across this course!
I own a very reactive (people and dogs) 15 month old dachshund. This course has helped me better understand what is driving her behaviour. I have begun to apply this new (for me) approach and already, I have a calmer dog and I am a calmer owner😊. I am really happy I came across Spiritdogtraining when I did!

Very good side effect that you feel calmer as well :) It's great that you addressed this behavior now. It is so much easier to work with reactivity around the 1st birthday right away, rather than putting it off (as that just makes it worse in pretty much all cases). Reactive Male Staffy Bull Terrier
I have a very reactive staffy bull terrier; reactive to both people and animals. This course has equipped me with the knowledge and understanding to truly help my pup. I appreciate that the course is a combination of reading and video. Explanations are excellent and always given with examples or supporting info.

Great improvements if you use her techniques
Steffi does an excellent job of explaining and modeling what and how you are supposed to work with your dog's reactivity issues. I appreciate how she also teaches the why's without getting too technical. I learned so much and have been using her techniques on my dog as well as a neighbor's dog. I saw improvements almost immediately.
