Zero Stars
I am only giving them one star because zero stars is not an option. I could write an entire book about why you should avoid this site. Yes, they give you free coins, but any winnings generated from those coins are ultimately taken away. Even after making a deposit, I was told that doing so would resolve the issue and allow me to redeem my winnings. That never happened. Instead, I was informed that my funds had been “mixed” and that I needed to make additional deposits. This felt extremely misleading and unethical. To make matters worse, communication is virtually nonexistent. I reached out to customer service multiple times before finally receiving a response, and even then, the explanations were inconsistent and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this site to anyone.
