Don't play here. Same issue as others. Unable to make a withdrawal. They make you feel like it's your phone. WARNING DONT PLAY HERE. STILL TRYING TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL. Honestly, The support staff at this place, with the exception of maybe 2 agents, has been just awful. They're quick to give you automated responses, completely ignoring your questions, or concerns, then close the chat shortly after. The manager at these places, Dwayne Johnson, has been incredibly rude, and honestly kind of creepy. Not to mention the absolute joke of withdraw speed. they claim it takes 3-5 business days to review and approve, and another 2-3 business days to send the damn crypto. so, if you try to withdraw on friday or the weekend, it wont even start being acknoweldged until monday, then another week to recieve it, and if you try to contact support, theyll tell you the same thing repeatedly, and that their within their time frame and close the chat. I am over these places, and their lack of training for support, the awful and downright disrespectful interactions with management, and the painfully slow withdraw speeds have made me not want to ever go back. theres plenty of other places that can verify and payout within an hour. not within a month, if your lucky.

Tried to redeem my winnings and they made up some BS story about how I played multiple bonuses back to back... First off they WILL NOT let you do that if you do try... and second its been 4 or 5yrs since I logged into my account. They made me play through some outrageous wager and I did got up to $800 then down to $600 and they snatched away and left a $100... and they snatched that too! Dont waste your time!
