SpidervpnReviews of spidervpn.org

I was recommended too buy a Spider VPN by a friend as I spend months abroad. Purchased a Spider pro from Amazon worked great in Uk, brought too my house in Portugal had a few problems would not work. Connected the support team who responded very quickly too every message in the end sent me a new router with in 24 hours. Fantastic service great product works great would recommend it .

Been having issues trying to update spidervpn router to latest firmware, contacted support who passed me over to tech support who done a remote assistance on my laptop then proceeded to flash my router onlinr, really helpful, really patient as well.

Bought their router a few months ago and it's been spot on. I've had only one problem and a software update sorted it. The instructions they sent were excellent, you never felt that it wouldn't work afterwards.

Thanks to SpiderVPN's Support Team, my connection troubles were fixed. I am now enjoying fast and stable traffic. Original review - 09/13/2019 : Bought a pro router package. Installed it and all was perfect. But depending on the location used, the router disconnects frequently. For example, impossible to use the Norway or Australia. Connected to Netherlands, it disconnects frequently. Connected to Italy, it is stable.

I work.in IT and have been amazed at the speed this service delivers. By far the fastest VPN I have ever used. The customer service is 2nd to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they resolve any issue or query promptly. I cannot reccomend highly enough. I have been using myself for over 12 months and have advised family and friends and all have received the same excellent service. I will use no one else from this point.

I got there router package & was simple to set up & great speeds for the streaming , plus there app for us on the go is simple to use. A must have service

got a rare problem with router that was solved by the tech guys. Initial contact through their on line chat that was fast and effective. on a separate occasion, an on line tech conference was arranged with reminders at your convenience then walked though the issue and resolved it with a fast replacement. This service is faster, more efficient, effective than Sky or Virgin etc and treats you as a human! So if you have an issue don't reach for the tissue, just let 'em know.

Needed a bit of help to set up how to change servers. A big thanks to BAB, who spent time and patience helping me out. Thanks BAB, great help and understanding.
