Spidermind overcharged me for a pdf file, charging me shipping. I emailed them and they said they needed to wait for money in their PayPal account. Over a month passed and nothing happened so went to PayPal, who I'm not sure even looked at my photos, because you could see I was charged for shipping and dismissed my claim after consulting them. Now I'm taking it to my financial institution. I will never buy anything again from spidermind. Edit: after 2 months I finally got refunded the difference.

Had to request a refund as they breached their KS terms in relation to only using money raised to fund the project in question when they freely admitted to using funds on another, failing, project. Was like getting blood from a stone but eventually received the money I was due. Their products are good, which is why this is a 2-star review, but I no longer trust them and so will only purchase through retail. They've really damaged their reputation by behaving in the way they have.

I placed a preorder and it said shipping in January now the middle of February I have not received any update of shipping or delays and they have not responded to previous emails asking for information

Spidermind games started sending me newsletters that i did not sign up, at least not intentionally. I have no record of buying anything from them.
