They used to promptly respond to my queries when I was giving positive feedback but when i got concerned at the lack of responses to all the many many many bad bits of feedback I was seeing, suddenly they ignored me. Terrible company for lack of communication. I’d avoid them

The first thing I kickstarted was the ice trays. I eventually got them, but it took a long time. Months. Long enough that I had forgotten about them until they arrived. Still, I backed another campaign: the dragon eye dice. It is now 3 YEARS later, and the dice have not been delivered, and it appears they have stopped communicating with backers. At this point, I would be absolutely shocked if the dice ever were to show up. I am very disappointed with this company. They had a cool product, and the opportunity to do very well with it. Instead they shattered trust with their backers. I will likely not back any of their future projects.

Purchased multiple items from their website. Never shipped and no communication but they did take my money. Total scam.

Poor communication, changing their promises during their campaign, selling cherry-picked product to the general public while their backers did not get their dice while those who did found their dice to be of very poor quality being uneven, misshaped, and their dead-center dragon eyes were not centered at all. The resin in many of the dice were also yellowed.

Backed these Dragon eye dices 2 years ago. They don't give any more news on Kickstarter for 2 months....they are Just a group of scammers. Never do business with them. I will never buy anything from them again and same goes for my friends

I was one of the backers for their dragon eye dice that went around the internet in 2021, they haven’t delivered. It’s been broken promise after broken promise. They sold these dice at GenCon to the public before the backers. The dice have been in the United States for over a month and nothing was sent out, they have zero communication, and any time anyone asks them a question, if it’s not praise they snap. This was my first and last kickstarter that I’m ever going to back. Do not buy from this company.

This company took in hundreds of thousands of dollars and hasnt delivered the rpoduct for two year. Shadey updates that dont add up. They seem to have the product in their hands and are selling them at conventions.

They are a shifty company they screwed all of there dragoneye dice backers 1 by 1 . They went back on their word offering an exclusive die for early backers. They sent out product with No Quality control. They do not care about you AVOID AT ALL COST
