Spider FarmerReviews of spider-farmer.com

I ordered the G3000 LED grow light, 90×90×180cm grow tent and 4-inch ventilation filter kit (Model: SF-FILTERKITS4-CP-2602) Super fast delivery - 2 and a half working days. All parts seem to be sturdy and of good quality. For the money I paid, I am extremely pleased with the products. Customer service is very fast and helpful as I had a question which was answered within 1 working day. Would definitely recommend Spider Farmer.

I bought a growing set from them and the clip fan started making strange noises, I forwarded a video of it and they replied really fast saying that it will be replaced on their cost. So far I love their products .

Customer since few years and what should i say? Im really happy with my stuff from Spider Farmer. Still yet no problem and there is a very good After Sales Service too. After experiencing Delivery issues with the responsible carrier (DHL), I contacted Spider Farmer-Support and received prompt, excellent Assistance !! Many thanks again to Spider Farmer-Support.

Very satisfied with the experience of buying directly from Spiderfarmer. I live outside the EU, and customer service contacted me ahead of processing the order just to make sure I was aware of the import tax and customs fee (which I was, but this is still very good service for new customers!). The shipment arrived in a very timely manner and the import taxes totalled way lower than I budgeted for initially. All in all I saved around 45% by buying directly from SF and look forward to purchasing there again.

I’m really satisfied with the customer service. The support team was super friendly, helpful, and took care of my issue quickly. The missing part for my dehumidifier was sent right away and arrived shortly after. Many thanks for the great service – this is exactly what customer support should be like. Highly recommended!
