They advertise same day shipping. 2 weeks later and they still haven’t even dropped off the package to fedex. They are no help either, and want to offer a future 5% discount instead of shipping it. I will never buy from them again because of the garbage customer service.

Seit euch dessen bitte bewusst bevor ihr diesen Müll kauft. Nehmt lieber bisschen mehr Geld in die Hand und geht zu namhaften Herstellern. Und wenn Spider Schrott auf diesen Kommentar jetzt antwortet von wegen 'so sorry, so sorry, ist das einfach nur Heuchlerei ! Ich will mein Geld zurück ! Brought the 4x8 tent, after a month the zippers in the middle are broken and won't line up. Other zippers constantly are jamming up. Lot's of light leaks. Sent feedback into Spider farmer a week ago, received a email back a few days ago stating they will be in contact. Which they haven't, very disappointed all around.

Worst customer service and scammers! False advertising for free returns within 30 days if not satisfied with their product. They're making me pay for the return shipping and tried to bribe me with points to keep the product. They only email once a day right after midnight and no phone number to contact them to. The quality of their products are low and looks better in the pictures. I do not recommend their products!

Complete scammers. They allowed me to pay for something that wasn't in stock, it took them over a week to even feel like sending me any update about what I paid for, now they are actively arguing with me about returning my money. The "fraud alert" on my credit card went off when I made the purchase so clearly Visa is worried about them being scammers too! I've bought equipment from Mars Hydro, Vivosun, and AC Infinity. Congratulations Spider Farmer. You have the worst customer service of all of them.

In data 28 gennaio 2026 ho acquistato un prodotto tramite il sito manomano su Spider farmer, Dopo alcuni giorni mi è stato recapitato tutt'altro prodotto dopo il mio stupore ho contattato sia mano mano che il sito ufficiale tramite l'assistenza di spider farmer la risposta del addetto all'assistenza è stata la seguente " il prodotto in magazzino era esaurito in realtà lei ha acquistato il prodotto che le abbiamo inviato!, " risposta inadeguata E alquanto non vera perché la fattura il mio possesso Dice esattamente che io ho acquistato tutt'altro prodotto con tanto di fotografia allegata alla fattura. Ci hanno messo una settimana per inviare un'etichetta di reso! Ho provveduto a spedire il reso che gli è stato consegnato come da tracciatura sul sito di spedizioni, ancora ad oggi 17 febbraio sto aspettando il rimborso sono passati esattamente 20 giorni dall'acquisto io ritengo assolutamente una cosa vergognosa l'assistenza clienti di Spider farmer ci tengo a sottolineare che acquisto diversi prodotti da diversi siti online ormai da anni e come mi sta trattando Spider farmer non mi ha mai trattato nessuno una cosa totalmente vergognosa! Consiglio vivamente a tutti gli utenti o prossimi acquirenti di valutare attentamente L'acquisto su tale sito perché sono solo bravi a fare pubblicità poi nell'assistenza prodotti sono praticamente Nulli non servono assolutamente a nulla Si sono permessi di spedire un pacco al posto di un altro si sono permessi di affermare che io avessi acquistato una cosa che in realtà come dice la fattura non ho acquistato e ci stanno mettendo quasi un mese per rimborsarmi il loro cattivo operare un consiglio evitateli come la peste! So a whole week after i ordered, I got an mail from Gloria/Customer Service saying that one of the products (GROWBAG11) in the sets I bought are not available because of produktion delay. Then they offered me to wait 1 month for thoes GROWBAGS11 & some 'Spiderpoints' worth $5 as compensation. This is already outrages enough! But the shitshow gets even better: After waiting the doubled amount of days for delivery, as said as on spider famer website, turns out I have to send it back because I can't use anything because of the missing parts (GROWBAGS11) they actually never ever delivered to me. So I sent everything back. Only to wait another 6 weeks (we are now in week 6 and I still havent gotten my money back). Today I asked whats the problme with my refund-money. And dearest Gloria from Customer Servicer told me, they can't sent the money back because the GROWBGAS11 are still missing. OF COURSE ARE THE THOSE GROWBAGS11 MISSING IN MY RETURN PACKAGE; IF YOU HAVE NEVER EVER SENT THEM TO ME DEAR GLORIA FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ich muß mich leider den negativen Bewertungen anschließen. In dem Karton des von mir bestellten SF-DWC-2PC-Set befand sich ein Clip Ventilator, ein Inline Fan sowie eine 5fach Steckdose, welche offensichtlich aus einer Retoure stammen und der DWC Karton dafür genutzt wurde, um diese 3 Artikel zu versenden. Die ersten beiden Mails mit beigefügten Fotos blieben unbeantwortet, so dass ich über PayPal erneut Kontakt aufgenommen habe. Daraufhin erhielt ich auch Antwort, mit der Bitte nochmals Fotos und ein Video zu schicken. Gesagt getan, nur reichte dies dem Service von Spider Farmer nicht und ich sollte den Inhalt des Pakets bestätigen. Was ich natürlich getan habe. In der nächsten Mail wurde ich gebeten die Sendungsnummer zu überprüfen, da es ja laut Spider Farmer möglich wäre das der Artikel doppelt an eine Abholstation geliefert wurde. Da alles zu mir nach Hause geschickt wurde, ist mir unklar, wie etwas in eine Abholstation gelangen sollte. Inzwischen wird von mir verlangt den Fall zu schließen, weil sonst die Zusendung eines Retourenschein sowie die Zusendung des ursprünglich bestellten Artikels nicht möglich sei. Die Begründung hierfür liegt angeblich in Unternehmerrichtlinien. Was man als Kunde bei Spider Farmer erlebt ist wirklich unglaublich und mir so noch nie passiert.
