My experience with SpiderFarmer was great. I did sign up then ordered on their website, and my SF1000 came with the dimmer as advertised. I did have questions about the warranty, and when they came back after the weekend off, we exchanged emails a couple times back and forth the same day, everything was made clear and resolved. My SF1000 package came a day earlier and no transport damage (I live on the east coast). Everything was brand new and came with all the hookup gear, the manual and the sheet of decal stickers, and all were crisp and cleanly packaged. All the diodes work and very bright! I’m just growing fruits and vegetables so if I do consider adding more light, I am confident SpiderFarmer will continue to be 110%.

Excellent service! My order did not go 100% accurate, however they resolved it very quickly and 100% to my satisfaction. Honest people. If you contact them via email they will respond very quickly. The products are also of excellent quality.

I love Spider-Farmer and their products. When I 1st heard of grow tents, a friend said get Vivosun, even tho he had light leakage with his. But they wouldn't take my $$. So I found Spider-Farmer and have been in love since. Just recently I purchased my 3rd tent, the 5x5, and can't wait to get it up and going. And I can't wait for theG series 1000w light too. Gonna be so much better than the 480w. Even tho the 480w is outstanding. I got 19ozs from my 1st grow so now its gonna be epic!! Thank you Spider-Farmer for everything.

Fast and easy process. G3000 Led grow light is compacted and great for those smaller grows or just adding more power to the grow and not stealing from your pockets. Friendly people at Spider Farmer.

SpiderFarmer SE7000-So I had a dimmer issue,talked with the company through email,took a few pictures and within 10 days (we live off the beaten path) I had a replacement driver at no cost to me. They came through on their end with no hastle at all.100% satisfied with the light and the company.I will continue to use them for my lighting needs.Everything grown under the lights so far has been dank as well!Not a single varietal has had any issues,and I run a lot of different gear.
