Great company. Order a sf5000 which came very quickly in nice, safe packaging. Light works great. Recently the company made a loyalty program and were offering t shirts with their orders. I emailed them and they gave me points for my purchase and are sending a t shirt. Seems like a class act company.

I've always been impressed by the quality of the products that Spider Farmer sells, and it shows through the quality of the plants that I grow. I've never had a reason to contact customer service up until this point--which is a glowing endorsement of their products--but there was an error on my part and I didn't change the shipping address to my new location. I reached out to customer service and they had the issue fixed in less than 24 hours, even though they were technically not on working hours! I can't say enough great things about Spider Farmer :)

I contacted spider farmer about an issue with a product and they were very quick to help. They acknowledge my issue and provided ups shipping tracking right away for my replacement part. I’m very impressed with their support team. They have amazing products, spider farmer is my first choice for led lighting. I recommend to anyone to use a spider framer products.

I'm surprised by a lot of the negative reviews. I've had to deal with spider farmer customer support twice since being a customer for about 5 years now. On both occasions they replied quickly and did not hesitate to send me a new parts after proving there was a fault with a video. I hope they keep up this great customer support and if so I will remain a customer because the products themself work great too!

Very very great product, customer service got back to me very quickly as well as being very responsive and polite. Definitely recommend stopping by their website and checking out all their great equipment for first time growers!!! I will be getting more stuff soon!!!
