Needed warranty service for faulty light controller. I had to be diligent with information and follow up with reminder, however Spider Farmer sent a new controller so we are happy campers!

I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience has been above and beyond with customer support and service. My se3000 was working well then bars started going out randomly. Contacted spider farmer and they gave me some different options of what the issue could be to try troubleshooting. Didn't work but my light was under warranty and they were quick to send out a replacement. I've seen some reviews stating they are bribing people for 5 star reviews but the lights have been amazing and having a company stand behind their product isn't bribing for reviews but earning 5 star reviews.

I have to give it to spider farmer again. Not only do I love their product, but when I recently had a dimmer switch go bad on me. They immediately resolved the problem and offered to have a dimmer switch mailed out to me immediately. I can’t wait to upgrade to the G series

I do not know why they have so many bad reviews. I bought the grow shelves and SF600 led grow lights and am very satisfied. The grow shelves are very sturdy, easy to assemble and very smooth to move. I prefer spider farm above other similar companies!
