J,ai acheté 3 LED 430w G4500 en 3 achats ,,les 3 fonctionnent très bien encore après 1 an et +,,il faut séparer le driver de la lampe pour éviter qu,il ne chauffe inutilement et je ne les allument rarement à 100% ça aide à les garder + longtemps et garder la puissance aussi,,très heureux avec ces 3 lampes très brillantes,,j,ai eu un problème avec les clip fan de 6" j,en ai acheté 2 et les 2 ont un problème avec le fil ,,le fan oscille et cesse de fonctionner parce que le fil est trop serré à l,entrée du fan et il se coupe,,j,ai eu de longue discussion avec Cynthia au service ,on m,a demandé d,envoyé une vidéo pour montrer le problème,,on m,a dit qu,on remplacerait le fan ,mais il était back order,,on m,a envoyé un fan aussitôt que possible mais pas d,avis de livraison,,les voleurs sont passé avant moi,,entre temps le 2e fan fait la même chose ,,on m,a remplacé les 2 fans gratuitement mais m,a demandé de payer pour le shipping du premier,,j,ai accepté et voilà ,j,ai reçu 2 fan de nouveaux model sans les problèmes de l,ancien model ,,très content avec ça ,les fans oscillent bien et pas bruyants

My 2023 SE 5000 was shipped as soon as they received the order. Arrived at my front door, nicely boxed up and secured. I put it together with 20 minutes. Sits great in my four by four. I'm going into my 3rd week from sprouting seeds and my plants are loving the light. I also have the SF1000 Evo light in my two by two with great results.

I had a driver go bad in my g8600 grow light and i couldn't find my reciept and on the warnty it said i needed it which i understood so i was trying to buy the driver from them and they were working with me and i thought no harm asking if they would check the sereal number to see if they could find that i bought the light and they did and sent me a new driver. they didn't have to do that and i was ok with that but they did! great coustomer service! thank's spyder farmer!

Over all package deal was great everything I needed to get started with small projects timer and thermostat can be better but over all pleased with packaging and material
