I contacted support regarding a defective inline fan and sent them a message early Thursday morning, along with a video showing the issue. “Lynn” replied very quickly and took care of my problem. The communication was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Long story short: I already received the replacement unit on Saturday (!) — just two days later!

I purchased their humidifier, exhaust fan, 4x4 grow tent, and oscillating fans, as well as their LED light with GGS modules that automate my entire grow setup. Their customer service is fast—responding within 24 hours 90% of the time. I had a minor issue with one item, and they honored their warranty. I recommend this company 100%.
