i have been a loyal customer to spider farmer,my problem is i bought 2 se 7000 lights 7 months apro now ,1 of the lights has been great (have refered to many people)i have had a problem with 1 light the whole time ,they sent a new light stand and worked for a little while ,then would turn of when timer said but would not turn on or was very dull ,i had to wiggle wire that came out of driver ,i have been complaining about this light since i had it ,i wanted to send back but your representative (not saying names)would not allow it and had no choice in matter,now they want to send some part that i know is not the problem,as i tried good driver on light and it is dead ,i need light as i have no spare ,customer service is tha worst i have come across ,i hope they sort this out as it is bs ,i will keep u up to date on progress.and change post if sorted.edit spider farmer have contacted me and came to a solution,that is a fair solution now,there gear is very good good prices, just didn't have much fun with light that broke ,all worked out now,thanks spider farmer.

Order was was converted to euro for european customers, customer support was very nice and answered quickly delivery was rather quick with clear track and trace but i would rather have another delivery company because they aren’t carful with the package luckily nothing was broken instalation was done in a hour but could be done in less everything works as expected quality was very good too

Although it tiok a few days, and the lack of correspondence was irritating, it finally showed up. Have to say, SO FAR, the light is doing awesome and Im very happy with it now. So I am upgrading my review to be fair. Without the hiccup, I would have given a five star.

I received my SE5000 very quick, within a week. Unfortunately i bought the old version without IR&UV Leds and it was not possible to change my order anymore, even when asking after a few hours of ordering. The Led light was very quick mounted. Quality in my opinion is very good, compared to my Fluence Spydr 2p which is much more expensive. I am really positive impressed and very satisfied, time will tell about durability. Would or will order again. Thanks Spider farmer

I have 2 huge plants thanks to spider farmer and the 2x4 grow tent I bought. The sf2000 is a great grow light also! It was a little pricey compared to my vivosun though…that’s why I couldn’t give 5 stars.
