Sent 10w light in a box with no respect for privacy. Had the postie asking if we are growing weed. Not likely with 10w but thanks a-lot SF. Will never buy another thing from you again. This is the second instance of you doing this to me. Was assured it would never happen again. As expected, you are lying snakes.

Me ha llegado el pedido mal, compre un kit completo con armario, led, filtro, ventilador y controlador ggs y solo han enviado el controlador ggs en el pedido pone bultos 1 de1. peso 0,983kg n° de pedido 310518 pedido realizado dia 13 de mayo. Donde esta lo que falta? activare la proteccion del comprador de klarna a ver si pueden hacer algo.

I ordered the spider farmer 4000. It was supposed to have stainless steel clip on hangers enclosed. I ordered it off of Amazon . The only hangers included were the ones you use to raise the light up and down but the clip diameter does not fit the hole in the light..... And the cheap parts inside the included cloth hanger tilted and ripped itself. This has happened twice to me with this company. I shouldn't have bought another one. The lights are great but if you can't hang the dang thing of what value are they? The opening on the light for mounting is oddly shaped and very tiny. I'm never buying from these people again as I have not heard back since I reached out. If they ever get back with me and provide the hangers I will be happy to edit my review. I don't have time for this back and forth nonsense I am a Special Needs Mom. Spider Farmer : DO BETTER EDIT I'm now going back and forth in my email dealing with nonsense sending photos they know very clearly they did not include the hangers it's not the first time they've done this I have spent $4,000 with this company and they will never get another Penny from me . I sent them photos order numbers Etc and Nolan is absolutely useless I am making it my mission to let everyone I know know about the situation including my 1.5 million reach on social media

I’m having issue returning a watering system I just bought and not going to use there telling me they will give me 10 bucks and to keep it lol it cost 100 or I could pay for the return myself when site says free return with it 30 days and it hasn’t been close to 30 days this isn’t my fist issues with them emails being rude or something Ive spent a lot of money I have 6 grow lights 3 1000watts 1 800watt 1 730 wat and a 300 watt a complete 3x3 grow tent kit ph meter the big surge protector and the little one 2 par meter that might be it I’m not happy with the customer service one but not sure if it even a real person on the emails

What a mess GS controller/app is a mess. Even with a replacement

Quality is questionable, "Gloria" who is an AI Agent , seems answer the emails with absolute no real person connect. LED Lights are very low quality, it breaks just on looking at it, they do not replace, do not refund.. i will NEVER ever use this products, you can find all my products selling on ebay, as its low quality, low quality control and very annoying service .

Absolut unfähiger Laden, ich warte seit 4 Monaten auf eine Rückerstattung. Lasst die Finger von dem Unternehmen und gebt lieber etwas mehr Geld aus. Der Kundenservice ist absolut nicht vorhanden. Es wird einfach nur Zeit geschunden, ich werde einen Gerichtsvollzieher einschalten müssen.

Spider Farmer is a scam, I spent close to $2000 with them and there products are garbage, it is just all rebranded items from China, with zero customer support, nothing works as it should, and when you try to return anything they just give you the run around, I contacted several times to let them know and all they do is tell you to send them a video of what is not working, how can you send a video of the items not working? they are just thieves and scammers, I have been growing for over 30 years and wanted a automatic set up, you will not get that from them, save your money and just get the basic components and put them on timers, all the nonsense they tell you it will do does not happen.
