I had a problem with the dehumidifier and I really couldn’t figure out by myself what was wrong, so I decided to contact the team spider farmer and they helped me a lot by giving me advices and by offering me the option of return of the product with the resend of a new one.

I’m speechless with the customer service giving by Spider Farmer, the dehumidifier I received wasn’t really working as expected, they sent me a replacement right the way, really really happy with SF.

I had heard good things about spider farmer customer service before i bought their products (G8600 light, smart controller, and inline fan) but naturally hoped i wouldn’t have to deal with them lol. Unfortunately, the probe that came with the smart controller wasn’t working when i got it for whatever reason. Within a couple days after reaching out to customer support they resolved it. They were extremely quick in their responses and clear what they needed from me. Next thing you know the replacement was on the way. Big fan of this company👍

I have recently decided to go with spider farmer brand after hours of research on lights. I found a really good deal on the se1000. I received the light and love it!!!! So I figured I would go with the rest of their setup. Purchased clip fans and other accessories. I visited my local grow shop the other day and was talking about spider farmer and they told me they love the product but their warranty and customer service suck. That made me very nervous!! The next day I received my product and after installing everything one of the clip fans had a bad grinding noise. Figured O NO here we go so I contacted customer support about the issue and they asked for a short video verifying the issue. To my surprise they quickly resolved the problem!! 'Way to go spider farmer' Thank you for a quick easy and pleasant transaction. Will definitely be done business with them again

Had a small issue with a product and customer service responded quickly and professionally. My item was replaced and is working GREAT! Highly recommend Spider Farmer and their spectacular service!
