Fantastic customer service. I did have an issue with my power source with him the first year, however, their communication during the process to correct the issue has been outstanding. Overall product function is exceptional as well. I have (2) SE1000’s and (3) SE3000’s that have been excellent, zero issues besides this minor power issue. Sending me a replacement power source under warranty. Lychee has been great and I give them 5 stars!

Ich habe das Komplettset - 2024 Spider Farmer® 90x90x180cm Complete Grow Tent Kit丨Newest Version G3000 Full Spectrum LED Grow Light丨4” Ventilation System with Temperature and Humidity Controller x 1 bestellt. Das erste was mich gewundert hat war, dass GLS und DHL mir separat Artikel zustellen wollte. DHL hat das Zelt und die Lampe geliefert, soweit so gut. GLS hingegen sollte scheinbar das AKF Set schicken. Leider kam keine Ware an also steht man mit nem halben Set da. Support angeschrieben ja wir schicken Ihnen einen neues Lüfter Set, dieser ist dann auch nach einer Woche gekommen, daher guter Support. Alles gut
