The product from that company are real craps. They use some Bad plastic quality for their produits. Customer service is Bad and really low to answer. Cross your fingers to never get troubles with your spider farmer items. I can't recommand at all! Run away from this Bad retailer

Power supply broke in less than a month (2 February), leaving me without a light. Has ruined an entire crop wasting my money and time. Have contacted customer service and have been told conflicting information. Some telling me I should have a replacement soon and others telling me I will have to wait a month and a half to get a replacement power supply (20 March) and no other options available. I wouldn't deal with this company directly as customer service is not acceptable. (Edit: I have been messaging your service team for the past 10 days! Solutions were wait a month and a half for a replacement or now saying to pay to return product adding more costs to myself for your defective product.)

I do NOT meet your requirement so I cannot make anymore purchase with you...It was YOU who took 15 days to get my order to me by YOU choosing a terrible courier like Toll and we could NOT even track where the frack my order was and NOW you blame me by NOT allowing me to shop with you? OK I will add this on google reviews...Have a nice day!

Selling defective misadvertised equiptment and not honouring their contractual obligations or their own warranty policy. What else is there to say about this apparently crooked company. I beleive I have been defrauded. A full review is incoming on multiple social networking platforms about this experience with this company and their responses to my concerns about the defective not fit for purpose products they sent me in exchange for my money and their decision to avoid providing remedy.... they actually want me to agree to exchange $300 for an item that not only is NOT as advertised, but also does not function as advertised for $20 refund. That is your 'support'. They sent me a 'brand new' controller with scratches all over it and asked me to be ok with it. What kind of clown outfit is this? Their hunidifiers are also seemingly faulty too as they are not reading correct RH levels. As it Stands, until Spider Farmer offer suitable and agreeable remedy, this review stands and I would heavily recommend approaching a different supplier that doesnt deceive and defraud because that is exactly what is happening to me right now. You have been warned about these people. P.S. SPIDER FARMER There is no point contacting you in order to remedy this, you are refusing to remedy this, what difference would asking again make. No one cares for your fake apologies, just offer remedy and then you lose the bad reputation, that way you can protect your profit margins as they are seriously going to take a hit when this goes viral. People will not stand for this abuse. You have been warned. UPDATE : Spider Farmer has since agreed to send a replacement tent cover to remedy the light leaks from factory, along with replacement humidifiers, no replacement of the damaged light controller however. Total turn around time for remedy in excess of 3 weeks and counting, need to wait another 2 weeka for the delivery to arrive so 5/6 weeks to provide lawful remedy after having to be pressured into doing so. Bare this in mind when planning any contingencies or operations for the matter. Spider Farmer. I told you I would be honest. This is me being honest. I have not even been offered any kind of compensation for this unfair and unethical treatment. How do you honestly expect customers to think it is in their best interest to continue purchasing your products? Just something to think about. Kind regards.

Bought a light sent it back a few days later using the labe they swnt me it took 3 months for for them to receive the item back (I GOT NO REFUND) and no response to the emails I sent in the end I gave up and told myself stay away from spider farmer

Ordered a humidifier and one other item; they came attached to each other with the humidifier box taped to the larger one. It was a few days before I could test the humidifier so the packaging ended up getting lost, and it turned out the device itself was quite damaged. The side panels are cracked and the tank doesn't sit properly. I reached out to support to hopefully get a replacement and, understandably, they didn't want to replace it without having the original shipping label on hand. That's fine, I get it! I should've been more proactive and tested it right away! That said, when support tried to bribe me with a new humidifier if I submitted a 5 star review, I was, frankly, appalled. I would've preferred they tell me there was nothing they could do. But no. They instead decided to destroy any and all trust I have in this brand by essentially telling me every one of their 5 star reviews could have been (and likely are) the result of bribes. No thanks. Beware of this company.

Terrible customer support. They sent me shelving without assembly instructions. Lights stopped working after two weeks due to faulty power cable. They sent me half a cable (wrong half). No idea why a whole cable wasn’t sent. Without a working light.
