I had ordered my 2nd grow tent kit but this one came with a bad GGS controller straight out of the box. I emailed customer support and they replied fast and after showing the product malfunction they sent me a brand new one in the mail within a few days. Very satisfied

I’ve been using the Spider Farmer SF2000 Pro EVO for a while and was very satisfied with the light performance — until I recently encountered a technical issue. The lamp started flashing occasionally and the light output had clearly dropped. I contacted their customer service, and they responded very quickly. They guided me through the troubleshooting process, were patient and professional, and sent me a replacement power supply after confirming the issue. The part arrived safely, I installed it myself (not without a bit of effort on my side!), and everything is working perfectly again. Very satisfied with the support and the product. Ich hatte ein Grow Zelt bestellt mit Lüfter und Lampe, zuerst hat alles super funktioniert - Halbes Jahr später ging der Controller am Lüftungssystem kaputt und prompt wurden mir die Teile ersetzt nachdem ich ein kleines Video mit dem Problem gesendet habe. Schneller Support (Antwort innerhalb eines Tages) und sehr hilfreich. So gewinnt man treue Kunden! :)

Ich hatte ein Bundle aus Luftentfeuchter und Steckdose bestellt wovon zuerst nur die Steckdosenleiste geliefert wurde. Nach der ersten Rückfrage dauerte es ein paar Tage bis Spider Farmer mir mitteilte, dass er zur Zeit nicht lieferbar sei - ich meine Bestellung aber diesbezüglich stornieren kann wenn ich möchte. Dies habe ich getan und mein Zahlungsplan in der Klarna App wurde binnen 24 Stunden angepasst. Zuerst dachte ich bei allen negativen Bewertungen schon das schlimmste - es ist aber alles BESTENS abgelaufen :-)

Customer support was just great. I had some question and also some modifications which I would have liked to be applied and CS has guided me through the whole ordering process. Replies were correct and fast. Everything was shipped very fast and the quality is very good. For such price I dont think any other company can offer that quality. I am using the grow tent complete package for over 2 weeks now and it works exactly as promised! Everything also matches together perfect.

Habe den Spider-Farmer Luftbefeuchter 16L auf Amazon erworben, nicht nur, dass das Produkt top ist, sondern auch der Service. Das Produkt war 3 Tage nach meinem Kauf knapp 10 € günstiger, der Preisunterschied wurde mir demnach nachträglich wieder zurück überwiesen.
