Excellent customer service from these guys. This is the 2nd system I’d bought and for whatever reason decided to buy the wrong fan, I noticed within the hour and contacted customer service, they put my order on hold until it could be arranged to swap out the fan. Great equipment and customer service!!! OUTSTANDING. I had a defected co2 sensor and 2 lights. Both issues where resolved within days, they send me replacements. They were very helpful and quick to answer. I can say nothing bad about spider farmer. affordable and great gear. And a more than satisfying customer service and warranty promise.
