Worst customer service I order 2 products from spider farmer.. I got one order number and only received one package I trying to get a hold of customer service none of the numbers provided work.. worst service I ever received at least vivosun has people you can actually talk too... I would not recommend Spider farmer worst service i ever had buying grow tent products

Horrible business practices. Do not buy from spider farmer. They just do not give 2 cents about the customers who purchase their products.

Versuche seit Wochen eine bestellten Lüfter zu retournieren, da er viel zu laut ist und un keinster Weise den Angaben entspricht.2 Tage nach Anlieferung Spider Farmer geschrieben ich möchte von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen. Seit dem nur Mails wo Bilder verlangt werden, Seriennummer etc.. Es wird versucht mit einem lächerlichen 10€ Rabatt mich von der Rücksendung anzubringen. Außerdem wird unrechtmäßig von mir verlangt die Kosten für die Rücksendung zu tragen. Leider ist hier ein System zu erkennen. Finger weg von Spider Farmer! Nachtrag: Nach zig Emails immer noch keine Lösung. Spider Farmer verlangt von Kunden die Kosten für die Rücksendung zu tragen, aufwendige Dokumentation des Produktes ( warum , nagelneu !?), Dokumentation aller Labels auf dem Paket etc. Ich bin mir sicher der Rücksendeprozess ist bewusst so kompliziert gestaltet um Kunden doch noch von einer Retoure abzubringen.

Spider Farmer’s shipping policy states “Remote / Island” addresses may incur additional shipping charges after the order is placed. I live in a rural area and I got an email after placing my order asking to pay an additional fee for my order due to my “remote” location. While it may sound like a technicality, rural and remote are two very different definitions and it is not unreasonable for me to have believed I was not going to have to pay extra shipping charges when I placed my order. It is also not unreasonable to expect a company as large and as global as Spider Farmer to be capable of providing accurate postcode based shipping costs at the time of checkout. It’s just lazy and poor customer service. To top it off, customer service is slow, meaning if you live rural/remote, add 2-3 business days to the fulfilment time while customer service takes ages to get back to you.

I was sent my kit over nine days in multiple pieces. I ordered in Australia but was sent a hardwired UK plug for lighting system. Customer service are sending me a unclip, clip in plug for replacement. Ridiculous! Worst customer service I have come across in years. Comprehension skills and common sense lacking. Try anyone else. ***WATCH 4 the GENERIC APOLOGY EMAIL EVERYONE SEEMS TO GET.***Joke

I bought four oscillating fans; after five months, the motor responsible for horizontal movement failed in two of the four fans, and the third one has stopped working entirely.

Paid for a pre-order. Zero information on when it would be ready. Tried to contact customer service. Zero response and all customer service phone numbers are disconnected. I’m about to file a fraud report with VISA. Joke of a company.
