This is my first set-up and I found the shopping experience to be fantastic…within a few hours they had everything picked and ready to go…then sent an email to confirm the order and then put it went immediately…was provided with tracking and everything arrived in 5 days which is awesome considering I live in Alberta. As I said this is my first set-up up so I did find the instructions a little vague, especially with the app. But a few hours and I managed to figure everything out and the set-up is running perfectly! My first 4 seeds popped yesterday so I’m really looking forward to this! Thank you Spider Farmer for excellent customer service and quality components

Ich hatte mit dem Self-Watering System ein spezielles Problem (Wurzeleinwuchs stoppte den Durchfluss nach Topf #2). Der erste Austausch mit dem Support war zäh – bis der Fall an den Marketing Manager eskaliert wurde. Ab da lief alles schnell, professionell und kundenorientiert: klare Kommunikation, konstruktive Lösung – volle Rückerstattung - bereits eingegangen. Gleichzeitig wurde angekündigt, Beschreibung/Produkt-Details zu schärfen und das Thema Wurzeleinwuchs technisch zu prüfen. (Klasse Support, sehr bemüht!) Wichtig: Andere Spider-Farmer-Produkte in meiner smarten, vollautomatisierten Grow-Box funktionieren einwandfrei. Ich würde mir künftig native Zigbee/Thread (Matter) bzw. Wi-Fi-Schnittstellen für bessere Integration mit Home Assistant wünschen – das wäre fürs Monitoring ideal. Fazit: Fehler können passieren – entscheidend ist, wie ein Hersteller damit umgeht. Hier: vorbildlich. Danke an das Team (insb. Floyd) für die schnelle und faire Lösung. Gemeinsam sind wir Spiderfarmer.

El pedido llegó en el tiempo indicado y todo bien. A los pocos días de uso el sensor de temperatura y humedad empezó a dar fallos, pero contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente y en seguida se pusieron en contacto conmigo y me dieron solución al problema.
