Customer support emailed me asking for an extra $90 for shipping AFTER the purchase was complete. This has never happened before in my life

Tent came damaged from the way it was packed, they offered a $5 refund and told me there's a patch kit. I'm not patching a brand new tent that you can tell has damage from the way it was packed. Charged a international transaction fee of $28 despite being site for my country. Support is terrible, unscrupulous and unprofessional vendor, $5 for there mistake is laughable. I'll get my credit card company to reverse the payment, and use email as evidence to support my claim... I hope they also exclude you from future payments. I'll never buy another spider farm product, and tell everybody I know to avoid them like the plague....

Want to return a order. You need to reach out to them first before you can send it back. Tried to contact them for 5 times now so far no response. I'll contact my credit card company.

Ganz mieser Kundenservice. Meine Lieferung wurde laut spider farmer zugestellt nur bis heute habe ich keine lieferung erhalten. Kundenservice antwort alle 24h stunden einmal und ist nicht wirklich hilfreich. Ich warte jetzt bereits 4/5 wochen auf die Liefetung Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Absolut schlechtester Kundenservice den ich jemals erlebt habe. Habe eine Lampe mit einen defekten Netzteil bekommen so das die Lampe nur 50% Leistung erreicht. Nach zwei Wochen Emails hin und her schreiben, hieß es dann endlich das ich die Lampe zurück schicken kann und eine neue bekomme. Ich habe nach einer Woche die selbe Lampe mit dem selben defekten Netzteil wieder bekommen. Nie wieder Spider Farmer!!!!!

AVOID!!! I've ordered a few lights from them, the courier for this parcel left the parcel with a neighbor, which i NEVER agreed to be left anywhere but my address! neighbor doesn't have the parcel. this company has not been helpful in the slightest, keep telling me to look around and check with others which I've done. the haven't fulfilled their contractual duty to deliver goods, or offer a refund or replacement. im not out of pocket and without a product. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

My SF 7000 Spider farmer light quickly broke. Spider Farmer took zero responsibility and they were quick to shift blame to a third party seller for THEIR brand new light that broke. I messaged a Chinese man for a few months with no resolution. I eventually had to stop growing due to the set back. I made the expensive purchase because of Reddit suggestions, I had to come back to warm people that these lights suck, they’re foreign, and if they break you are completely screwed. The 5 year warranty is completely disingenuous and doesn’t hold to them.

I should have trust the reviews about them. Trash company from China. No quality, late delivery, no double box
