it's no suprise 44% of these reviews are 1 star - I made an order costing 972 euros for a grow tent kit advertised as "thickened tent cover, crafted from triple-layered 1680D Oxford fabric" ...whatever that means. The tent arrived with a hole in it - customer service then told me: "the materials used for the tent are relatively soft, occasional small holes may occur" - so which is it? Thickened oxford or soft and weak? There solution was that i should fix the tent myself, which i obviously declined, after complaining some more they offerd me 10 euros in compensation for an order costing me close to 1k which i also declined - they then told me i should dismantle the whole grow kit and send it back to them for review (despite already sending photos). after reading all these 1 star reviews and my own experience i will be taking my following order to another brand - you guys have just lost thousands in revenue...not that you give you a damn

Worst customer service ever. Package was apparently delivered but we never got it. They emailed us saying it has been signed for and the name is noone we know, some ethnic name. They told us to look in my mailbox (light would not fit in my mail box as it is about 1 metre long) or look closely at my front door as if I'm blind! They then tell us nothing they can do about it and $700 down the drain. Don't waste your time!

Set bestellt mit Controller der komplett buggy ist habe ein neuen zugeschickt bekommen gleiche Fehler. Den support kannste voll in die Tonne hauen, noch nie so einen schlechten Support gehabt. ACHTUNG!!!!!!!!! Nach dem ich für das Set eine schlechte Bewertung ausgeschrieben habe. Wurde ich von der Internetseite ausgeschlossen und meine Bewertung gelöscht. Da ist es für mich auch kein Wunder das die Sets 5 Sterne haben. Seid sehr Vorsichtig wenn ihr von SF kauft. Es gibt Firmen die sind vom Preis gleich nur einfach von der Qualität und support besser.

Spent £140 on a humidifier that was broken and i feel was defective by design. I spent almost 2 months emailing them and waited a month for them to send new parts. They ignored me repeatedly, didnt fix the issue and refused to allow me to return the unit or to get s refund. I tried to force a refund through paypal but it was refused because it had been over 30 days. I feel spider farmer purposely dragged out the messages by ignoring the problem and making me wait a month for new parts but sent me wrong pieces. I asked numerous times to speak to someone on the phone and for a return address but i was ignored every time.

Products are hit and miss. When they work they’re great, but when they don’t it is terrible. I purchased a humidifier for my mushroom tent and it failed after four months. I went through two more months of agonising emails to get a refund. At first they agreed and then tried to renege and offer me a credit. I had to threaten them with complaints to the Chinese Embassy and the China Consumers Association before they agreed to the refund. In China it is a criminal offence to commit consumer unrest and bring disrepute to the nation, so if you want a refund tell them you will go to these agencies and put links to them in the email. They will get you a refund in no time at all. You need to be tenacious and play them at their own game. They will insist on using PayPal and charge you the fees. Caveat emptor!!!

Very bad customer service. If you need an invoice, dont buy here, you dont get one. Even if you are running a business the company dont send you an invoice. My lawsuit is already underway.

Don't buy from this company. There is no customer support. The phone numbers are fake. I have been trying to return my dehumidifier for over a month. And I have been getting delayed and ignored by customer service. They want me to make a video to show them that the dehumidifier doesn't work properly. This video would show nothing to prove that it does or does not work. Some 12 hours of video would be necessary to show that it doesn't lower humidity over time. They are just delaying me hoping I will give up. The customer service is in china and doesn't care whether it resolves any issues.
