Spiderfarmer heeft degelijk gebouwde ventilatoren, zijn licht in gewicht, vrij krachtig(naar behoefte) en erg stille werking. Ik heb er zelf meerdere producten van en ben erg tevreden. De klantenservice is wel via mail, maar erg vriendelijk en geven snel antwoord op je vragen. Zonder al te veel moeite 1 product onder garantie vervangen. Ik raad Spiderfarmer aan.👍🏼

Very good product, and when I had a problem with one, they replaced it in a very good timely manner.

I was having trouble with my controller panel. I contacted customer support by email and received a reply very fast...in less than 24 hours. Gloria checked in with their engeneering team for finding a solution and they found one. I received an exchange device today. There was some kind of defect in it. All in all it took them less than a week making me happy and keeping my babies safe. I can only recommend the products AND customer support.
