I’ve order a spider farmer set g5000, the quality is great i also have the 5in1 ph and ec meter with the drip irrigation system. So far so good. Only that one of the led bars on the sf g5000 had stopped working but after a few emails with the support team of spider farmer i got a replacement one and was able to keep the old one for spare parts. This was all resolved within one week shipping of the new one included. Highly recommended spider farmer!

Such a wonderful company, I can't say enough good things about them. Their price point is spot on for new and experienced growers, and the time it takes for the goods to arrive from when you place the order is honestly, some of the fastest turn around I have ever experienced. I have have purchased 2 tents (I upgraded to a larger tent) multiple lights and fans, and have not had an issues to date, everything works as advertised and maybe a bit better than first expected. In terms of customer service, the response time has always been impressive. They really do take time to read your email and respond thoughtfully each time. If you are on the fence about buying, just go for it.

Wirklich einer der besten Kundensupports, die ich je erlebt habe! Ich habe am 08.04.2025 das Spider Farmer SF1000 Growzelt Komplettset (70 × 70 × 160 cm) über Amazon gekauft. Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch wegen des Preises, da das Set fast immer im Angebot war und ich befürchtete, dass darunter die Qualität leiden könnte. Gekauft habe ich es letztlich für 329 €. Als das Set ankam, war alles vollständig und ordentlich verpackt. Die Anleitung war gut genug verständlich, sodass wir das Zelt in etwa einer Stunde aufbauen konnten. Ich würde allerdings empfehlen, den Aufbau nicht alleine zu machen, da man teilweise mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig halten muss. Nachdem alles aufgebaut und mit Zeitschaltuhr sowie Controller eingestellt war, waren wir schnell überzeugt, wie gut das gesamte System funktioniert. Vorab hatte ich online gelesen, dass der Controller gelegentlich ohne ersichtlichen Grund Pieptöne von sich geben kann. Genau darauf habe ich geachtet und tatsächlich trat dieses Problem auf. Es war eine Art langer Piepton, gefolgt von zwei kürzeren. Ich habe daraufhin den Spider Farmer Support kontaktiert. Nach kurzem Hin- und Herschreiben wurde mir ohne große Umstände ein neuer Controller zugeschickt. Ich musste lediglich ein Video des Defekts einsenden und nicht mal den alten Controller nicht zurückschicken was ich sehr positiv fand, da ich nicht lange warten wollte. Der neue Controller kam wenige Tage später an und funktionierte nach der Installation einwandfrei. Nach meinem ersten Grow stand das Zelt eine Zeit lang leer. Als ich am 05.01. meinen zweiten Grow starten wollte, bemerkte ich, dass sich der Lüfter nicht mehr richtig drehte und immer wieder hängen blieb. Also habe ich erneut den Support kontaktiert und mein Problem per Video geschildert. Nach einer kurzen Rückfrage zu meinen Kontaktdaten wurde mir bereits am nächsten Tag bestätigt, dass ein neuer Lüfter unterwegs ist. Dass man fast ein Jahr nach dem Kauf noch so unkompliziert Ersatz erhält, ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Ein unglaublich schneller und kundenfreundlicher Support! Genau aus diesem Grund würde ich Spider Farmer jedem weiterempfehlen, den ich kenne. Das Zelt selbst ist sehr robust, gut verarbeitet und bietet mehr als genug Funktionen, wenn man 3–4 Pflanzen anbauen möchte. Mehr braucht man wirklich nicht.
