After one month of almost daily use, my fingernails have become stronger than I ever remember them being! It is quite miraculous. Me and my wife had been considering purchasing a sunlamp for some time and finally decided to go ahead and make the purchase in October of 2019. After a great deal of research, including consulting with an expert we decided on the Sperti. After the first winter season of use we are very happy. Neither of us had a cold or even mild symptons. The unit arrived damage free and well packed. Set up was easy and ease of use is a breeze. If I have one criticism it would be that we were not able to sign up for the warranty online and the 10 day time limit to get the warranty card in was stretched to due to mailing time to our residence and back through the USPS. I'm still not sure if my unit is under warranty at this point. I would like the company to develop an online option for this part of the purchase process.

The Sperti Sunlamp is an easy, painless and an efficient way to boost your all important Vitamin D levels. It is rather pricey, but not when compared to your over all health or an occasional trip to the Bahamas. :-) It really does not take that much time and the last time my Vitamin D level was checked (I live in the mountains of Colorado and it is now March) was 53, which is a pretty good number for this time of year. I only use the lamp a few minutes every other day.

I’ve been using my vitamin d lamp on the daily for two winter seasons now, what a difference! I would say even life saving ☺️ I used to need to go to a tanning salon to get my body to produce the vitamin d I couldn’t get from supplements. I have two girls with autoimmune skin things I wish I could get them to use it more often but even though they don’t it’s been worth every penny for my own use.

I decided not to take Vitamin D pills, mindful that there is an optimal level: One can raise one's Vitamin D levels to too high a level via pills. Thus, I opted for the expense of a Sperti Sunlamp. Just as one doesn't get overdosed with Vitamin D from summertime sun bathing, my endocrinologist said that an advantage of using a Sperti is that the body seems to "know" how much Vitamin D to make. I haven't had my Vitamin D levels tested BUT I notice a sense of increased well-being. It came on gradually; I think that some of the credit (since I'm doing other things) goes to the Sperti Sunlamp. Another plus: This is a really sturdy item. This matters to me because I have reason to move it around a lot. It was an expensive purchase. I'm glad I took the plunge.

My Vitamin D level went from 12 to 23 in two months, using only the Sperti lamp. It is effortless to use and so easy to incorporate into one’s daily ablutions. The lamp is quite sturdy and well made, and came very well packed. I’ve had no issues with it at all. Of all the things out there that you can buy for your health, I would say the Sperti lamp has to be at the top of the list.
