I have started using the Sperti Sunlamp to help with psoriasis. I have been using it for about three weeks and have noticed improvement. I like that I’m not taking a pill or a shot and the sunlamp is having a positive effect on my psoriasis.

Great! It would be nice though to hear more on your website about, "can do's and cannots". I'm learning if you use it on your face, please use Vitamin A. Will cause winkles if you don't. Love the lamp though. Thank you.

I love the lamp. I bought it because I was low on Vitamin D. I took supplements and the numbers came up. I then learned that getting vitamin D via the skin is better (also produces endorphins; plus, in built safety in terms of now overdosing). So, I started using the lamp. I experimented on myself - 12 minutes led to a burn; so now I limit myself to 5 minutes to the front and 5m to the back. I checked my vitamin D levels in a few weeks, and found that the numbers had normalized - went from 12.4 up to 68 pg/mL (nl is 18-72). So, this is the best way to get Vitamin D in my mind.
