I am happy with the product, shipping time and customer service for the Vitamin D lamp model, I purchased 2 weeks ago. ( I called C S when two of my lamps didn’t work. They were polite and efficient with advice on how to adjust lamps that had loosened during shipment) There hasn’t been enough time passed to determine if it increases my Vitamin D levels but I assume they will. The only improvement I can suggest is that the count down timer should have a quieter ticking sound. The count down tick is a bit on the loud side and the final ding is jolting to say the least! Since the lamps shut off when time is down, I don’t see the need for the loud DING when the timer shuts off! Debra

Device is easy to use and seems to be of very good quality. I just have not had it long enough and had a test to prove it is boosting my Vitamin D yet...I am darker skinned and it has not burnt me but i do get an hour long walk each day.

I haven't used it yet but my call to Sperti was great & informative. The service rep was highly knowledgeable & it gave me confidence that Speti has skilled employees that care.

Long story short, had some issues with shipping and received the item about two weeks after ordering. Customer service was friendly and the product is good. (Review updated because of confusing review process. 5 star product and service, 3 star delivery)

We have not used the Sperti Sunlamp long, but find it to be in good working condition and easy to use. We purchased to assist in helping get Vit D … especially during long KS winters when “D” is limited. We are also supplementing in the summer when it’s extreme hot (today it’s 100 degrees) and uncomfortable to be out in the sun during times of available Vit D. Hard to measure which is why we didn’t give 5-star.

It just the price by the time it comes to Canada nearly 700$ with shipping. After a Canadian winter I will likely appreciate it more.

I love it! Though the video to me was a little misleading when I out on floor and try to tan not getting a result but I haven't done it for an extended time.
