I just received the package yesterday and it works as advertised I have no results yet Ùseems very well built

The UV-B lamp was very fast to arrive (although UPS messed up in the end, as usual). One lamp did not work, but I just turned it a bit so that the text on it faced forward - and everything was fine. Using the lamp is very straightforward. I can't say if my vitamin D is up already, but the thought of it helping me, is already a great start.

this product actually works, although a little pricy it is manufactured very well.

My skin is fine being outdoors and sun bathing in the summer but in the fall and winter, it gets dry, and bumps, where I have to use Vasoline jelly. I am age 69. It has taken about 3 months of using the lamp (Vit. D) but my skin is now improving where I do not use the jelly. I also placed a mirror (plastic) behind the four bulbs which increases the light exposure. I use it 5 minutes per day.

Very happy to have received my vitamin d light. However, I was not able to open it and begin using it until about a month after receipt. I mailed in the warranty asap, but it was returned to sender saying warranty has expired. Super bummed as this was a BIG purchase/investment for me.

Love the lamp, just received it and set up was easy. Biggest complaint is the timer and very loud startling ding once it's done. I feel the ticking is unnecessary, the lights turn off once the timer runs out... Wondering if we could modify the unit for this reason, and use our own timer method?

It’s taking me a longer amount of 5 minutes intervals to feel any results I’m 💯 Italian and tan / olive complexion I can be like 6 inches from the unit and not feel any heat or see color change to skin. I’m praying I’m doing it correctly for my vitamin D purposes I need to mail in my warranty info next week. Linda Fleishour
