I first learned about Sperti.com therapeutic lamps from the dminder app on my smartphone that I use to schedule my sun exposure and vitamin D levels. I ordered the Sperti Vitamin D Lamp to help me get through the long Canadian winter and to complement my oral vitamin D supplementation. I’ve had my Sperti Vitamin D lamp for over 10 years and just had to replace my goggles. It was not difficult to place the order and I was prepared to have to wait at least 10 days for the goggles to arrive and was pleasantly surprised when they were delivered in less then five days.

The lamp arrived in a timely manner and it is easy/convenient to use. It is a great alternative to Vitamin D supplements for those of us not wanting to take it when levels are low or during the winter months.
