Very disappointed with the sunlamp
Very disappointed with the sunlamp. It rarely tans, just dries the skin out.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. If you have not been able to achieve the desired tan, please make sure you are standing at the recommended distance from the lamp and make sure you build up to the full 15 minute sessions. We don't expect to see the tanning effects until building up to at least 12 minute per area of exposure. It is also important to keep the skin hydrated with lotion, especially at night. Avoid....left me with massive burn
The Sperti Vitamin D lamp left me with a massive burn on my skin. Like a radiation burn. Did not go away as nicely or quickly as a sunburn. In fact, I'm worried about permanent redness and damage to skin. Yes, there was "some" user error--I was probably 13 inches away vs 15 inches and I probably spent 1 minute longer than I should have. BUT, the warnings about the severe consequences for not following directions "precisely" are totally inadequate. Customer service was helpful when I called them, but I wish I never tried this product.

Hi there. I do see this order was shipped on 5/1 to Sweden. Per UPS, it says the package was delivered on 5/22. If you have any questions on the tracking, please reference the tracking number on your delivery confirmation email or contact our office for assistance.

I see that the UPS tracking for your order says it was delivered on April 25th right around noon. If you cannot locate this package, we will be able to reach out to UPS to start a claim. One lamp did not work
One lamp did not work. Ordered four lamps. Each lamp should be tested before shipping.

Thank you for sharing about your experience. All devices are tested to be working properly before being shipped. If a device is not working properly when it arrives, usually some quick troubleshooting will get it up and running. It is usually an easy fix like a bulb could have shifted during shipping or it may just need to be ignited for the first use. Please keep in mind that all lamps come with a warranty, so if you ever have any issues with it functioning properly, just give our customer service office a call and we can help get it back up and running.

Noisy & loud sun lamp... can't use!
My mom had a major stroke and she requires 24/7 supervision. Because of, I haven't been able to get out in the sun. I purchased Sperti sun lamp which is very expensive actually to get some sun. Sadly by the time I got around to using it, I found out that this device is very very loud! The only time I can use it is when my goes to sleep, but this sun lamp makes loud ticking noises and a very loud "bang" once the 4 minutes end! Now I am stuck with an expensive loud sun lamp that I can't even use! I'm very disappointed.

UNLESS as long as the team is HEPLESS
after a 100 back and forth email we reached nothing as i expected all this money back and warranty are worthless as long as the shipping back will cost more than the machine price and the warranty is a fake add coz nothing can convince them as long as they see light coming from the machine and they will accuse u with all the problems ( ur skin ur electricity ur lotion.....etc) i spent the last 15 years tanning with solarium so I've a very good experience. each email i was reminding them that I'm using the fiji for 15 min at least with 5 inches distance and they ignore this fact so i will do live challenge for 30 days over our tv channel ... and the social media platforms to show the truth Thanks Chriss nazha

We are sorry to hear that you haven't see the desired results. These bulbs do not emit any heat, so it is important to not use the lamp longer than the recommended 15 minute maximum every other day. If you are not seeing the tanning effects after multiple 15 minute sessions, then it is possible that your skin type may require a stronger UVA output than this at-home lamp can provide. I see that you are located internationally, so you would have to call our local number as the 800 number would not work outside of the US. bought unit in 2014 and had problems…
bought unit in 2014 and had problems right away. one light was always different than the other 3 lights. I ordered a dozen back up lights but they never solved the problem.I never had the condition where 4 lights would look alike. So I centered myself on 3 lights.
