My light arrived with broken bulb. I made a call to customer service the same afternoon, spoke with Jessica. She sent out a replacement package with two bulbs, which I received in three business days. The lamp works great and I use it every day.

For a long time, I have been very low in Vitamin D and unable to tolerate oral pills and have even tried to apply it topically resulting in GI side effects. I have been using the Sperti Vitamin D sun lamp for a couple weeks now and have not experienced any side effects. In fact, I was able to do the 5 minute treatment every other day after the first two tests without any problems. It has been safe and easy to use. I look forward to testing my levels at a future doctors appointment.
