I am very impressed with the integrity of the company, Sperti. The manual accompanying the vitamin D lamp is very detailed about how to use the lamp. I used oral vitamin D supplements for years and feel that this lamp is the best option if you can't get daily sunlight.

Great i love it

I’m living in Canada where we cannot make Vitamin D naturally with sunlight between October and February. After spending months reviewing the science and epidemiological data, I concluded it is less risky for health to get some level of sensible UV exposure instead of none at all. The Sperti lamp was shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. I’m looking forward to feel the benefits this winter!
