AWFUL SITE + BRAND SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM SPERRY.COM. During a sale I was able to place an order for a shoe. They charged me and then cancelled THREE DAYS LATER when conveniently the sale was over. I asked to have the sale honored for another sale style that was MORE expensive and the customer service representative Marcela Guadalupe just spewed boilerplate at me. When I tried to end the conversation, she continued to blame me, which of course was only more enraging after wasting over 20min as she said she was "happy to help" upon hearing the original issue. Used to be a favorite brand, now just trash.

Sperry used to be good like 10 years ago. They are pretty horrible now. Soles came apart on a brand new shoe that I have worn 3 times in 1 month and even the insole tore into 2. I'm 6 foot 180lbs. Normal weight and height. Never buying again.

I tried to simply order a pair of sandals. They transferred my valid debit card to PayPal under the name “ Washington” , then sent through a transaction for additional monies. Sent me an email to that effect. Forced me to cancel my rarely used PayPal Account. This is a con/scam Company. Sperry can not be trusted with credit/debit card information. God, I hate crook merchants like Sperry. Never trust Sperry with financial data. Adio -crooks !

Shoes great, customer service....there is none. Request to speak to a supervisor after several calls to se when my order of over a week ago will be shipped....lol supervisor will call me in a day or so. Lost a very loyal customer

I ordered 2 pair for a 4 year old, early in November. I just received the package today. I had ordered size 12, bowfin jr., and ankle boots, size 12 again. Yes, I received 2 pair, just alike, rubber ankle boots, called Torrent. Both for women, a size adult 10, and adult 6.5. Makes me sick as he WAS going to wear a pair at Thanksgiving services. I have been on hold with customer service, after immediately calling, for 25 minutes, still holding…. It will NOT happen to me again

Service is horrible. Made an order I never got an email on when my order would arrive it’s been almost a month. When I called I found out my order was never processed. I agree to still process my order now they don’t have the size and color I ordered. Shitty service will not order from there again. 👎

Order online, take a week still not shipped yet, contact CS, still don’t know when will be able to ship out, no more sperry, thank you

Spent a few hundred of dollars ($375!) on World Cup handcrafted in Maine boat shoes. I have never been able to wear them as these are too large and are the most uncomfortable, stiff shoes I have ever owned. These are very well built, but unable to wear. I have regrets. Never again.
