SperryReviews of sperry.com

We used to love their shoes! I will not purchase again (Australian site) as twice now my order has not been fulfilled despite the website showing that stock was available for the exact same item months apart. The shoes are also not as good quality now hence why I needed to order again. They did however refund promptly.

RUBBISH QUALITY - BUYER BEWARE!!!! In the 1980's, Sperry was a quality shoe brand. My Sperry boating shoes lasted for years, and looked great. Today they are made of the cheapest materials, fall apart quickly and no longer represent the brand I used to love. Find another brand of boating shoe and save your money. THEY ARE CHEAP RUBBISH - BUYER BEWARE!!!

Sperry uses FedEx Delivery Services. Sperry is blaming FedEx for identifying my home address as a bad address causing Sperry to cancel any order I place within minutes of completing/accepting the order. No other delivery service including USPS has a problem with the same address. When FedEx hires temporary help to deliver packages, they have told me that my address is not in their package delivery database, so they leave the package next door!

Very disappointed. I bought the same Sperry size I have purchased before, but this pair fits much larger. Customer service refused even a simple size exchange because of “final sale.” Loyal customers deserve better support.

No Customer service delivery late with no reliable tracking information.

I've been buying Sperry shoes for decades. The majority of my shoes are Sperry shoes. However my supply is dwindling, and I've been forced to STOP buying new Sperry shoes. Why? Because they're no longer manufacturing "WIDE" width shoes. They've decided to save a few bucks on inventory by cutting all of us "WIDE" shoe wearers. Almost 50% of the US population have wide feet. Some are bullied into wearing shoes of a larger size to accommodate their wide feet. I will not be bullied by Sperry and will go elsewhere. This is the result of Sperry being sold to the venture capital company Authentic Brands Group and turning it over to Aldo Group. Typical of the degrading of American corporate culture with the customer getting screwed.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO A RETURN! YET THEY IMMEDIATELY TAKE YOUR MONEY

Ordered a size 9 1/2 womens boat shoe. Because it was on clearance, there are no returns. The shoe was much larger than expected for me so I gave them to my sister who wears a 10 1/2. They are too big for her also! I believe the shoe was incorrectly labeled and were on clearance as a result making the customer stuck with a shoe that couldnt be worn. Ridiculous hoops to try and correct
