Lovely style in Scorpio, and color matched my hair perfectly. However, the part will require some fixing. It looks wiggy with the exposed area.

This is my fourth men's wig I've ordered. I have three from the HIM collection & one from the Ellen Willie men's collection. You are getting great quality wigs at a reasonable price. It's the only place I've ordered from and trust. The customer service is phenomenal & they'll do anything they can to help, Sherri is wonderful. Shipping is fast. Highly recommend them both on wigs and customer service.

I have worn wigs for many, many years but this was the first time that an internet search brought me to Spellbound wigs. I had to do an online search to make sure this was a legit company. I don't know why the company isn't featured more prominently in search results but I am glad I found them. The website and the product pictures were better, sharper, than other sites I have visited. I was able to order my chosen wig with a discount. Just after the placing the order I received a phone call informing me that delivery would take just a little longer then is usual since it wig would be shipped directly to me from Germany. Actually, the wig arrived with great speed. I was impressed with the customer service. It was truly a joy doing business here.

This company has greatly impressed me with their customer service. I received a several paragraph apology from them recently after placing my initial order due to the fact that the color I chose was out of stock offering me any assistance I might need in selecting something similar. I chose to go one shade lighter; but when I received the wig, it was indeed too blond. I have found that no one shade looks exactly the same in a YouTube! I had no problem returning it within their time frame because as I soon as I took it out of the box, I immediately knew it wasn't for me. So, I decided to try a similar style wig in the walnut color I originally wanted; but now I was really hesitant as far as the colors and didn't want to have to return another purchase. Sherri contacted me and actually e-mailed me two sample swatches to help me definitely decide on the correct color. Needless to say, she was a tremendous help even to the point where she helped me with the invoice. I would not hesitate to buy another wig from Spellbound because now I know their customer communication is exceptional.
