Probably not your fault but the delivery keeps getting delayed

Hello, This order was placed on 8/16, dispatched directly from the vendor on 8/18 from Lansdowne, PA, with an ETA of 8/24. Tracking for Ground Shipping (provided free with the order) is on schedule based on delivery location of Tulsa, OK. Six updates appear on the USPS site with no indication of delays for weather or otherwise. USPS budget cuts and increased USPS postal fees this year have made shipping very frustrating. We understand that frustration, but this is completely out of our scope of responsibility. We truly feel we DO NOT deserve this rating.

I wasn't too impressed with Spellbound…
I wasn't too impressed with Spellbound Wigs LLC . the quality didn't meet my expectations and it felt a bit overpriced. Probably wont order again.

Customer service great - Return policy not so much
The customer service was WONDERFUL, but the return policy is terrible. The Ellen Wille Touch wig I received must have been defective. I received it with 2 platinum streaks of hair in the front only of a very brown wig. When I tried to return it for a full refund, I was told because I tried it on and ran my fingers through the front of the hair (which I did to get the hair out of my eyes), it was not returnable. I turned around and bought the same wig from wigs.com, which has a wonderful return policy, but received a perfect Touch with muted blonde streaks from them. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at Spellbound again unless I already have tried on a wig elsewhere and am POSITIVE I won't need to return it. PS As mentioned in my review of the product, an exception was made by Spellbound and I received a partial refund at least; this is why I rated the customer service as wonderful, but the return policy not.

I'm so sorry you feel this way. We strive to make returns as quick and easy as possible and we process returns all the time for our customers with no problems. Sadly, we cannot accept returns that show wear or have been modified in any way, however it does look like we did make an exception for you, investigated the issue with the manufacturer, accepted your return, refunded you, and we will donate the piece to someone in need within the community.
