Dear Customer, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are pleased the parts appear to be high quality. We acknowledge the issues with the layout of the grid heater delete and intake manifold instructions. We will restructure the steps and add critical fuel line reminders in appropriate places. We will explore simplified guides for customers who have already performed DEF/EGR deletes. We will pass your comment about the internal Phillips head bolt on the intake manifold to our engineering team for evaluation. Best regards, spelabautopart Customer Support Team [email protected]

Dear Customer, Appreciate your feedback! Great to know the EZ Lynk and delete kit installed seamlessly and our support responded fast. For the exhaust contacting the bed over the rear axle, many customers fix this with offset hangers to lower the pipe or repositioning slip joints. Let us know if you need extra advice! Dear Customer， Thanks a ton for leaving this awesome review! It’s awesome to know our delete kit made deleting your truck simple, shipping was fast, and we got back to your questions quickly. We love that you’d come back to us next time! Your suggestion about an instruction booklet is really helpful. We totally get how messy random online videos are to follow, and we’re creating official step-by-step guides to include in all kits soon. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts!
