Beat a speeding ticket by showing up for my trial after being postponed a couple of times. Brought all my paperwork and it was officially 5 minutes after my trial was scheduled to start with no sign of the officer who issued me the speeding ticket. Find out the officer retired in between the 4 months of me receiving a ticket to my trial date. Highly recommend! Have nothing to lose.

My husband hired Speedticketbeaters after learning that my speeding ticket would financially negatively impact our car insurance premiums. I worked hard and long on the wealth of information and case law Speedticketbeaters sent to me. I appeared at the out of state courtroom and was found NOT GUILTY, and the fine I paid was refunded to me. I could not be more satisfied or grateful for their services! Thank you, Speedticketbeaters!!

My Bro (The Lawyer) My bro is a lawyer, a good thing for me as I tend to test boundaries of the law. It's good to have legal advice. I drive safe but fast & unfortunately I rack up my fair share of tickets. My bro and I share a similar sense of humor and as brother's go, we're very close. Although on other levels we're quite different. Sometimes I think he was born in Missouri (the show me state), while I'm more like, "WAIT, DID YOU JUST SAY FOR $299, I'D HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BEAT A SPEEDING TICKET, IN A REAL COURTROOM, IN FRONT OF A JUDGE, OH HELLS YEAH SON, SIGN MY A%$ UP!!!" Immediately after purchasing the program I asked him to check all provided docs. He READS everything on a counta he knows I read for caca. He printed all attached docs and then said which one's were required reading for me and what I'll need when headed to court. After reading all the docs, his only comment to me was, "DUDE, NOT EVEN YOU POSSESS THE BALLS BIG ENUFF TO READ THIS IN A COURTROOM!" On the other hand, I never heard him say that it wouldn't work. What I did hear him say was, "DUDE, YOU'VE GOT NO BALLS" Today, I finally had my day in court. I'm not gonna lie, I was a tad bit nervous but I figured I had everything to gain, and nothing to lose. During my case, the District Attorney asked a few questions to the State Trooper, then it was my turn to Cross Examine. It was touch & go for a while, as the Judge kept denying my repeated requests for dismissal. Without even looking up, The Judge literally said "no," at least 10 times on each of my arguments to dismiss. Distressed I continued to look down at my notes as I kept trying to read. My frustration levels were starting to get the best of me. One of the required docs that I questioned the State Trooper about, he was not able to provide. I then went off script for a second & asked him, "SO, WHEN DID YOU THINK YOU COULD PROVIDE THE COURT WITH THIS DOC?" He said that he would need time to drive to his office and then come back to court. And once again, I asked the Judge for a dismissal. Again, without hesitation, The Judge said, "yeah, nope." From the beginning of the trial, I asked The Judge a few times, "Judge, may I present you with a few relative cases that can prove I have a valid argument for dismissal of my case?" These are supporting cases. The Judge could see I was struggling and actually tried to help me a few times. Then, after I Cross Examined the State Trooper, the Judge said, "please give your supporting cases to the DA." The DA reflied through all my docs and pulled out 3 cases that she said were relevant. The DA then said, "now you can present these cases to the judge." Yay & GO HER! Neither the DA, The State Trooper or any of the 50 people that were present in the courtroom could've predicted what was about to happen next. The cases I presented were from 3 other states, but while the Judge was looking over the cases, he paused & then lifted his head and stared directly at me & said. "Sir, I'm now ready to rule in your case, do you have anything further to add?" I replied, "ahhhhh, NO SIR, I have nothing else." He then said, "Now, I have no doubt that you were speeding, but based on the State Trooper not being able to provide the documents that are required (by law), YOUR CASE IS HERE BY DISMISSED!!!!" Woah!!! This was the same man that said no to me 10 plus times for the last 15 minutes and just like that POOF, HE TOTALLY FLIPPED. Truly a magical moment! At this point I was literally IN FULL ON SHOCK MODE!! About 3 seconds after the Judge ruled (& the case was dismissed), the STATE TROOPER STANDS UP and says to the DA, "hey, I just found the required certifications," he actually held them up & showed them to the DA. With that, The DA then says to the Judge, "Judge, we now have the required docs, may we please continue?" To which the Judge SNAPPED BACK & said "NO, YOU MAY NOT, YOU BLEW THIS CASE, YOU SHOULD'VE HAD THAT PRIOR TO ME HEARING THIS CASE. AND I HAVE ALREADY RULED. YOU LOST THIS CASE BECAUSE YOU WERE UNPREPARED TO GO TO TRIAL AND THAT HE (THE STATE TROOPER) SHOULD'VE HAD ANY & ALL NECESSARY CERTIFICATIONS, PRIOR TO ME HEARING THE CASE!!" THE JUDGE WAS SO MAD THAT HE YELLED AT HER FOR EVEN TRYING TO DISCUSS REOPENING THE CASE. As all of this is going on quickly collecting all my papers and starting to run out of the courtroom so they can't try to reopen the case if I'm not there. I was like, "OK, THANKS, WE OUT!!!" Woah, I almost s%$# myself. The feeling is crazy!! At 60 years of age, I remember & have experienced some very important events in our nation's history from, JFK, to NIXON, to 911, to THE NY WORLDS FAIR, THE 69 METS, THE JETS w. JOE NAMATH, & NOW ***MY DAY IN COURT!!!***< I won't lie, it was a pretty intense 15 minutes! PLUS, the more he said the word " no " the more elevated my frustrating levels became. I just tried to stay focused on the end goal, which was, getting out with my ball sack still intact. During the trial I started to speak & read VERY SLOW. SLOW IS ACTUALLY an understatement. I spoke so EXTREMELY SLOW, that there were a few times that I paused for at least a full minute or more. At one point the Judge even asked, if I was ok and if I had anything further to add? In looking back, as I questioned the State Trooper I noticed that the courtroom had fallen completely silent. There were approximately 50 people in the courtroom but there was not one sound during my case. It was weird, almost like everyone was holding their breath. It felt like someone was finally sticking it to the man and I became even more empowered. Who knew my simple little speeding ticket would've brought on these feelings & emotions. With these long pauses, everyone in attendance started to have sympathy for me because they must've thought I was having a senior moment or I was just a complete moron! My bro was right, as having to cross examine a NC State Trooper in front of a courtroom, DID TAKE SOME SERIOUS BALLS, but I never had a doubt that it wouldn't work. Thank you again to STB for all of the work you've done by making this info available!!! Just called my bro & reminded him that his bro, THE ONE HE SAID HAD NO BALLS ... JUST BEAT THE 69 in a 45, SPEEDING TICKET ... AND THAT WHILE I WAS IN COURT, PRESENTING MY CASE THAT EVERYONE PRESENT GOT TO HEAR ME & MY BALLS DROP -- AGAIN!

7It was worth the fee to be prepared. Mine was unusual in that my trial was conducted via telephone with the judge. The patrolman did not call in. The judge dismissed my case without predjudice. It would be rare for the officer to re-file charges.
